Wintsum Tour and Travels
Welcome to Wintsum Tour and Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and bookings made through our company. By confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the specified advance payment.
- The remaining balance payment must be settled as per the agreed schedule and before the commencement of the trip.
- Payments may be made through online transfer, bank deposit, or any other mutually agreed payment method.
- Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of services without any refund of the advance amount.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via official communication channels.
- Cancellation charges are applicable as follows:
- More than 30 days before travel:
- Full refund, excluding processing or administrative fees.
- 15 to 30 days before travel:
- 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 15 days before travel:
- No refund shall be applicable.
- Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.
- Certain services such as hotels, flights, permits, or third-party bookings may be non-refundable, as informed at the time of booking.
3. Travel Documentation
- Customers are responsible for arranging and providing valid passports, visas, permits, ID proofs, and any other required travel documents before the trip.
- Wintsum Tour and Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses arising due to incomplete, invalid, or missing documentation.
4. Itinerary & Changes
- The itinerary shared is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Wintsum Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth execution of the tour.
- No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes made for safety or operational reasons.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must comply with local laws, regulations, and cultural norms during the trip.
- Any loss, damage, or harm caused by the customer to property, vehicles, hotels, or third parties shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Consumption of alcohol, prohibited substances, or illegal activities during the tour is strictly discouraged.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
- Wintsum Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or strikes
- Customers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
7. Complaints & Feedback
- Any complaints must be reported during the trip so that immediate efforts can be made to resolve them.
- Complaints raised after the completion of the trip may not be entertained.
- Feedback can be shared via email or official communication channels after the trip.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information shared with Wintsum Tour and Travels is used strictly for booking, communication, and service-related purposes.
- We maintain confidentiality and do not share customer information with third parties except where required for service fulfillment or by law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Wintsum Tour and Travels, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
