Wintsum Tour and Travels (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers.


1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the cancellation timeline and terms outlined below:

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
  • Cancellation made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellation made 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Cancellation made less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Certain services, such as flights, hotels, and third-party bookings, may have non-refundable policies. Please check the details at the time of booking.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Submit a written cancellation request via email to info@azure-dove-505573.hostingersite.com.
  2. Include booking details such as confirmation number, travel dates, and payment receipt.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the designated meeting point or cancels without prior notice, no refund will be issued.


4. Changes & Rescheduling

Customers may request a date change, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply, and any fare difference must be paid.


5. Force Majeure Clause

In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
